Who We Are?
Double Loop Performance is a boutique, project-based intervention company. We learned our customers benefited most when they understood that change need not be episodic – occasional and irregular – and instead required routine testing, questioning assumptions, and monitoring effectiveness of their choices.
We believe deeply in understanding both the organization and the people that make it up. We recognize that some changes serve the organization, people, and sometimes both. We are pragmatic and emotionally intelligent.
Change is not simply an announcement – it takes consistent energy, active participation, and advocating and believing in the future.
